FCT-IRS Extends Individual Tax Filing Deadline to April 30, 2026

The Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS) has extended the deadline for individual income tax returns from March 31 to April 30, 2026. This decision aims to support ongoing efforts to enhance the territory’s digital infrastructure and taxpayer compliance.

The Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service (FCT-IRS) has granted individual taxpayers an additional month to submit their annual income tax returns.

The new deadline for filings is April 30, 2026, an extension from the previously stipulated March 31, 2026.
